Our 12 week custom programming is based on whatever your goals are. It is not a one size fits all product. The custom programming process starts with a questionnaire.
Based on your answers, we define your goals and figure out what equipment you have access to use for training. Then, we test your physical aptitude to see what your current status is. Next, we create your own unique program based on all the data we have collected from you. Finally, you start training and each week you report back with your results and we give you feedback on your progress.
We use videos to analyze your performance and give instruction on proper form and mechanics. At the end of the program, we re-test to see the progress that you have made.
