To help as many people as we can push beyond their mental and physical barriers (comfort zones) and discover what they are truly capable of.
Our main focus is on strength, conditioning, and mobility. We use the kettlebell, barbells, body weight, and odd objects in a progressive program to improve the 3 main focal areas. We specialize on improving in the main movement patterns of hinge, squat, push, pull, and carry. Paired with these movements, we incorporate athletic movements such as core work, grip work, crawling, climbing, jumping, and running. This type of training creates a complete well-rounded individual that is ready for any situation.
